We had a great time this month getting to know more about Chef Wallace and his culinary journey. We deeply appreciate his time and the great conversation we had.
Our hope is that everyone else feels the same way. His food is amazing and creative. And his passion for what he does and for his support of Mississippi and Jackson are obvious.
