Looking to switch up your tired, old, regular veggie rotation? Consider Broccolini! No, your kids probably won't like this more than other veggies. Sorry. The name is too similar to Broccoli to fool them. But this is an easy, versatile vegetable to prepare. And this "starter" recipe couldn't be simpler.
This hybrid vegetable is a cross between Chinese Kale and typical broccoli. Somehow the finished product is better than the sum of each of its parts. It looks similar to broccoli but has a smaller head and a longer stalk. The stalk is also more tender than a typical broccoli stalk.
