My Son’s Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie - Our Recipe of the Day - Oct 17th

Our son is a tall, slender, kid (6'4") on the verge of becoming a college athlete. To that end, he has been trying to bulk up in a healthy way. His is a problem that I'm not familiar with. LOL


In his never ending effort to eat protein he began using this recipe for breakfast smoothies. It is quick, simple, and delicious.

 

8-10 is Milk

1/2 a Banana

3 Strawberries

1 Scoop of Oats (Roughly 2T)

2 scoops of Vanilla Muscle Milk Protein Powder

2-4 T Peanut Butter

Blend for 1 minute

Add 1 Ice Cube

Add more Milk to preferred consistency

Blend another 30 seconds.

 

Thats it! Enjoy. Get Swole!!
